type='text'>中药或许有用，也或许没用。或许有毒，或许没有。不过这些还是可以验证的。中医的玄学理论却是一个无法厘清瞎疙瘩。历代的理论本来就不明不白，注疏者添油加醋，牵强附会。纵然是现代最时髦的说法——系统科学，也不过是在现代科学上加一个蹩脚的抽象层。然而这个抽象层太过于抽象，以至于忘记了怎么映射到下层的基础——生理学、病理学、分子生物学。在中医理论家还没弄明白怎么能够套上还原论之前，我大概永远也不能相信所谓的中医理论了吧。</summary><link Kuligowski的presentation，讲的是白细胞（确切地说是（嗜）中性粒细胞）在肾小球发生炎症时是如何recruit的。他的研究主要集中在P-selectin的作用上。最后结论是，neutrophil不是直接在肾小球中急速流动的血流中rolling的。嗜中性粒细胞想要在内皮细胞上rolling，需要血小板的p-selectin。实验中用到了数种gene type='text'>移液器，或者简称为“枪”，经常用来量取实验中需要的少量液体（，一般从0.1uL到1000uL），对于微生物学、分子生物学、遗传学实验，是再普通不过的仪器了。对于国内许多实验室的“枪”，估计大多数人没有什么好印象。首先是不好用，弹簧在长期使用后，弹力减弱，然后就是没有人维护，没有人做定期校正（，正规实验室，特别是要求达到特定标准的专业实验室，都对仪器的定期校准有规定）。这些还不是最糟糕的。很多实验室为了节省经费，都会重复使用回收的旧枪头。蒸煮过后的国产塑料枪头，大多会发生轻微变形，这从整盒的枪头中看的很明显。当然，并非重用枪头，新枪头经过一次高压灭菌（就是放在专用的高压锅里蒸）基本上也有同样的问题。进口枪头要么不需要灭菌，要么加热也没问题。变形的枪头，不仅会造成量取同样体积的液体的液面高度变化，使得实验操作者无法通过目测估计是否正确量取，有的枪头更会造成漏气！吸取好了液体后，必须马上转移，</summary><link 读书偶得:另一个是关于质粒电泳的三条带。以前看书都说从迁移速度来看最快的是超螺旋，其次是线状，最后是开环。这本书上说后两者的先后顺序是不一定的，很大程度上决定于缓冲液体系和离子强度。该书没有给出参考文献。其实有些参考书看完以后更加不明确了。比如，最简单的碱裂解法提大肠杆菌质粒，某一个步骤《分子克隆》3rd Ed.上和《Current type='text'></title><summary type='text'>在Perl大牛Lincoln Stein的(冷泉港)主页上，有这么一个链接：Reactome - a curated knowledgebase of biological pathways。这个“反应组”知识库首先直观的表示出目前已知的大多数生物途径。从代谢途径中最重要的三羧酸(TCA)循环，到各种级联的磷酸化途径，包括各种信号转导和细胞周期调控，已知、预测、推测的反应途径。查找需要的信息，只需在图上点击鼠标，或者搜索关键词即可。当然，分类目录还是不能少的。曾经记得生化课本上有一个代谢途径的总图，复杂程度似乎与此图相当。Reactome结合web浏览器的在线版本，使用起来就更加方便了。不过，由于这个网站的Reactionmap单纯借助于简单的cgi重绘，给人停顿的感觉。若能按照AJAX标准另行构建一个像Google
